According to Encompass Real Estate Strategy’s Brendan Carroll, there has been a very strong demand and absorption of office supply in the last four quarters. Encompass took a look at the areas around Downtown Boston and Cambridge and, with the assumption that the demand continues at the pace of the past four quarters, some areas do not have much time before the No Vacancy sign is lit.
