French Company SIGFOX New US Offices Completed in Back Bay Via Vantage Builders

Vantage Builders recently completed a 4,750-square-foot office buildout for SIGFOX at 545 Boylston Street, in Boston’s Back Bay for SIGFOX, a leader in the growing Internet of Things (IoT) industry. The company recently moved into the new 10th floor office, overlooking Boston’s historic Trinity Church. The company is headquartered in France.

“Boston is one of the leading tech hubs in the United States, therefore it made sense to establish SIGFOX’s presence in this market,” said Michael Orr, VP Sales and Partnerships, North America. “It was important to us that our North America headquarters office was inviting and functional with a hint of French charm and Vantage Builders was instrumental in bringing our vision for the North America headquarters office to life.”

A significant component of the project was the aggressive timeline. The Vantage team was able to turn around the project quickly, completing the work in only six weeks.

Based on plans by architects Dyer Brown, the new office puts a premium on collaboration, while also allowing room for future growth. A huddle room, 12-person conference room and an open floorplan all support impromptu meetings.

The office features plentiful interior glass and newly installed, energy-efficient LED lighting, which, along with the building’s ample window line, create a bright atmosphere. Artopex furniture is installed throughout, with open plan work stations and end user height adjustability.
