Cambridge College Latest To Ink Deal At Riverwalk; Sign 8,300 sf Lease for New Lawrence Location

Cambridge College announced the college has signed an 8,300 SF lease at 280 Merrimack Street in Lawrence. The building is owned by Lupoli Companies’ Riverwalk Properties. During lease negotiations, Cambridge College was represented by Jeffrey Moore and Ken Oppenheim of Lincoln Property Company. Lupoli Companies was represented by Gerry-Lynn Darcy, Vice President of Real Estate at Lupoli Companies.

Riverwalk Properties is a prominent asset of Lupoli Companies, the owner and developer of several mixed-use properties that encompass more than 3.6 million square feet of commercial space.

The Real Reporter reported the purchase of buildings C and D of the former Wood Mills buildings back in March. Lupoli controls an entire stretch of the mighty Merrimack waterfront running from his bustling complex up to the Patricia McGovern Transportation Center which has been rapidly leasing up its buildings, while undergoing major modernizations to the mill structures.
